Ohio has made some modifications to its lemon law regarding new car purchases due to some automakers being under a struggle to obtain the right repair parts for vehicles in the aftermath of the tsunami and earthquake in Japan. These revisions include cutting car companies some slack if a natural disaster or other force majeure makes it impossible for a company to provide new parts for a vehicle in a timely manner. On the other hand some states are known for some fairly complex lemon laws like the rules present in California lemon law or the laws enacted for Colorado state lemon owners.
