There has been a significant amount of concern over potential changes to the reimbursement rates for Medicaid, which if put into effect by a proposal by the state's governor might result in a variety of things that would make it more difficult to purchase a prescription at a pharmacy and would make shopping at a Canadian pharmacy much more attractive. According to a group that's against the governor's planned changes, the new rate cuts would cause fewer services to be available to local residents, shorter available hours from pharmacists and would offer customers longer lines.
